Permanent Cosmetic Makeup and Tattoo
This is arguably the biggest trend in permanent cosmetic tattooing right now. And while the term sounds painful and scary, it's actually not that bad and it typically last up to 36 months. Yearly touch up are recommended to keep them looking fresh.
Microblading
Microblading is when thin, hairlike lines are cut into the eyebrows using a tiny row of needles. The strokes are extremely fine and not as deep as the strokes created using a typical tattoo needle.
Lasts: 12 to 18 months
Pain: Light -- people liken it to a rather aggressive tweezing

Powder Brows
Powder brows are meant to create a powder look much like topical powder make up. They are not for creating hair strokes at all and are best for clients that want a more solid looking brow or have brows but want a base color. Solid brows are similar but usually have more density to create that “pin up” look or “vintage” look.
Lasts: 18-36 Months (but you might need to get it touched up yearly)

Ombre Brows
Ombré shading is the newest trend in eyebrow semi-permanent makeup. It gives a soft shaded brow pencil look. Once healed, it is more natural looking than solid color. It gives great definition and depth to the brows.

Pain: Light -- people liken it to a rather aggressive tweezing
Eyes
Whether you wear eyeliner every day or save it for special occasions, you can probably agree that applying it is a pain in the butt. Getting your lines even is nearly impossible, and it tends to fade more than most makeup throughout the day. So for women who swear by their kohl, permanent eyeliner is a viable option.
Eyeliner Upper Lid
You can get it done on your top lashes, your lower lash line or both and you can decide on an ideal intensity. Since this is a legit tattoo, flaking/scabbing/healing process is a bit more intense.
Last: 18-36 months (but you might need to get it touched up yearly)
Pain: Not bad, numbing cream the tattoo artist applies to your lids beforehand takes care of most of the pain
Lash Line

Face: Freckels and Beauty Marks
These cute little imperfections are all the rage these days, and now true fans of the trend are committing to getting freckles semipermanently tatted on their faces. The key to creating realistic freckle tattoos is variation. Pro cosmetic tattoo artists make sure to vary the size and color of the faux freckles to make them look most like the real thing. Like some of the other cosmetic tattoo procedures on here, this process uses pigment instead of ink to help make the freckles more realistic
Freckels and Beauty Marks
Freckles are spots on the skin that have a little more pigment. Some people have a sprinkling of freckles across their nose and cheeks. Freckles are hereditary, so you either have them or don't. If you do not have natural freckles, permanent cosmetic tattooing is the way to go.
Lasts: one to two years
Pain: Barely anything -- the needle used in this process is so small that the pain is pretty limited to a casual discomfort bout this item
